Getting back on the court of your own life
Watching from the sidelines can feel safe. It can also be the quietest way to lose yourself.

There is a difference between knowing your life and living it.
Many of us are very good at analysing. We can explain our patterns, name what isn't working and describe the life we want in detail. And still, we stay on the sidelines, waiting to feel ready.
Clarity rarely comes before movement. It usually comes because of it.
Small steps count
Getting back on the court doesn't mean changing everything at once. It means choosing one honest action and taking it this week. Then another. The court is not a performance. It's practice.
Ask yourself: where in my life am I watching instead of playing? What is one small way I could step back in?
